"Average is good for the of the cost of the hotel. It seems friendly and helpful but don't rely on the front desk info. such as they don't know so much how to go to Westlake. they might give you the wrong bus/direction to Westlake and back to the train station. " - Anonymous |

"Location is unbeatable !!!!
Excellent location and room comfortness not to mention the price paid - ie relatively cheap in Hangzhou. Close to everything (various famous attractions, all sort of food, shopping centers, a huge chinese bookstore, and etc.)
Had a room on the 7th floor with a very good view. Negative side is since the hotel is in a busy part of the city and room windows are not completely soundproof, it could be a bit noisy during daytime (discovered this when I checked in at 4pm). However since there are so many things to do in Hangzhou that I was always out in town and never troubled by any noise in the morning or evening.
A very very safe area. Just visited New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco last month, and my hotel (and general) experience in Hangzhou is far better than all former places." - Anonymous |
