"I did not get the exact room I had booked. It took the Reception
Desk clerk named Anita almost an hour to find my reservation. She
said they did not save the original booking for me and there were
no more 2 bedroom suites available for me. Instead, I got an
hotel room plus a 1 bedroom suite for the rest of my family in a
different building. She worked very hard to find me the rooms as
the hotel was overbooked and she said the day before they had to
send a lot of people to other hotels because they were overbooked.
I do not think this is the way an hotel of this calibre should handle
their reservations and I wil not be staying there again, EVER. " - William/Patricia Gillott |
