I believe is a 3 stars hotel at 5 stars prices .
Service for breakfast we believe is amongst the worst ever had in Asia .( Their breakfast room is too small for the hotel size)
The shower is quite old style not easy to get right mix of cold and hot water.
I carried my luggage at the taxi at 5.30 a.m. because the bell captain just went back to sleep.
