"I booked a double room to spend the weekend with my wife for our anniversay, when we arrived, we were given a huge room in the basement with 5 single bed, it was under the restaurant. we couldn't sleep that night at all, because of the noise of people moving and running. It was the worset anniversay in my life. the next day we asked them to move us to the top floor, at the night the girl next door found a mouse, and started shouting... we couldn't sleep another night, they ruined our long waited holiday, rubbish hotel" - Samer Husein |
