"we had asked when we made our reservation if we could check in at midday as we were arriving into sydney on the 7.30am flight and were keen to get into our room. when we arrived to check in just before 12 they said it was not possible. Initially they said come back at 1pm then they changed their minds and said come back at 2pm. I was annoyed that we hadn't been informed that our request at an early check in was not possible and also that they didn't met us half way for atleast a 1pm check in.
