"Hotel was clean, modern and in a 5 minute walk to Canberra CBD. Has 24 hour checkout/ in which is handy. But customer service is quite poor and management are quite rude and arrogant. Internet broad band reception is patchy at best and can't be received in rooms, foyer areas only. Internet is quite expensive at $12.00 for 3 hours. Rooms appear far better on the internet pictures. I ordered a deluxe studio which in reality only had a queen double and a sofa bed. Female manager very rude. Would only recommend for a stop over, don't stay for a holiday & don't expect great service. Apparently 4 star, realistically 2.5 star max." - Craig Lineham |
