"It is a huge hotel which in its time would have been a market leader. Today it is a bit aged but still has the same impact due to the huge entrance & marble everywhere. It was quite empty when we stayed and had a errie feel which we liked. We had a deluxe room which was fabulous, a big marble bathroom, wide bath & lovely shower. The bed was great, nice linen, the furnishings were grand too. The breakfast gives a wide selection although lacks quality. The service was great throughout hotel. It is in the North East of the City very close to Chatachuk markets but quite far from the Kings Palace and Khoasan Roads, but taxis are cheap!
The hotel has a great lap pool [but does not get much sun] and a very well kitted out gym, not that we got time to use it.
There are some great value markets down the road, a 7-11 and Starbucks etc. We would definately stay again. We recommend it for family, couples, business and budget travellers who want a bit of luxury! " - Jonathan Newton |

"The hotel is not to far from underground, so the city is at your hands cheap. Staff very good and the room was ok, only had the maid in once during my 4 day stay, this was mainly due to me sleeping till noon. it was new year after all. " - Matthew Armstrong |
