"Extra powerpoint in room is necessary because we had to move telephone down onto the luggage rack so as to plug kettle into the socket which would have been situated next to the telephone. Any spillages would have damaged the telephone.
The reception and bar area were very unwelcoming because the seating was very hard. It did not make one wish to stay in either area very long.
I used the facility of using the internet at the hotel - good area.
The cleaning staff did an excellent job and the friendly ladies did a wonderful job of cleaning our room every day.
The reception staff were helpful and polite and any questions or advice I needed were dealt with in a professional manner.
I would not hesitate in recommending family or friends to stay at this

"Hotel room quite small, but very clean and certainly adequate. The location is superb, and we had a harbour view room which I would highly recommend - only costs a little extra, and well worth it. Only a 2 minute walk to beautiful Darling Harbour and all the cafes, shops etc. and very easy access to the monorail.We would definitely stay there again." - Lorraine Wilson |
