"I tried to use my own adaptor for charging my mobile but the socket for adaptor in my bathroom is out of order. Have tried to borrow adaptor from reception but they couldn't reserve one for me. They sent a technician to my room and I explained to him that my adaptor could work in my friend's room, so i am sure the socket in my bathroom is out of order but he insisted that there is problem on my own adaptor and didn't help to fix the socket. Very disappointed with their services. The 2nd day at night, I found that the phone in my room could not work because the wire was broken and i guess it was broken while the staff was making up the room. " - Anonymous |
