Room very spacious, Bed & shower (2 essentially important comforts on a trip) were both very good so all in all an excellent choice of hotel for us. "THis hotel was as it stated, five star. The staff, whilst thin on the ground in some area were, on the whole, professional, efficient and they provided a good service. The hotel centrally located and convenient for all forms of transport. One point for people to be aware of is that after 9am the breakfast room can be extremely chaotic and items that had run out were not replaced. Also we found that on a couple of occasions there were only a couple of staff, looking after a great number of staff. Other than that, a good choice of hotel for comfort, good food and very good service." - Linda Keady |
