"Parking facilities good but, considering the room tarrif, should have been included in the price. Rooms very small although adequate, however, sound proofing very poor - audible conversations from next door room in this day and age is not acceptable. Prices for dining did not encourage one to use these facilities, particularly as there was so much better value to be found from other establishments in the immediate vicinity." - Graeme Brumby |

"Considering it was Melbourne Cup week I suppose it wasnt too over priced as back home, with a festival on you would pay through the nose.
Hotel is nothing spectacular mind you and could do with some refurbishment.
