"Unfortunately I had some tarnished experiences here - wake up call was not made on the first morning as per request, the paper was not delivered as per request and the internet was not working on the last day of stay!!!

"Bus stop out side the hotel to and from Chatswood but no trains direct to the area as yet!
Staff very accomodating and eager to please.
