"The stay at the hotel was actually on New Years Eve and there had been a misunderstanding on the booking placing us into a room that was not requested. E.g. not overlooking Elder Park. Even with the extensive bookings, the concierge went out of his way to assist us and within 30 minutes we were upgraded to a better room with a view over Elder Park. The whole idea was to view the NYE fireworks from our room. I can only but speak very highly of the customer service provided on this occasion under very difficult circumstances.
