"Our apartment for two people was very comfortable with quality kingsize bed and good kitchenette including a full size fridge. Also fax and internet connection so would suit either travellers or business person. A bonus for our package was that a continental breakfast was also included. "Great location, great facilities and very clean. One big disapointment - on arrival the girl at reception was more interested in her personal phone call than attending to guests. We were never given the instructions on how to use the security card for the lift - one of the guests we met, came to our rescue because we couldn't reach our floor. We later met more guests who were/had experienced the same difficulty. Over the next few days, the reception staff appeared to be bored - no simple goodmorning, unless prompted. First impressions count; Waldorf need to do something with their reception staff pronto (especially since they are trying to sell off the rooms - not a good sale feature!)." - Kevin O'Connell
